Do you have to pay to attend the Welland Afro-Caribbean festival?
No! Participation in the two day festival is free to all attendees. You do purchase the food, Art, beverages, apparels etc. .
Does a vendor for the Afro-Caribbean Festival have to only come from Welland?
No! We welcome and encourage vendors from other cities to increase the visibility of the diversity the festival brings.
